If you use Internet explorer: Go to the page you want.i.e"

> Click tools along the top line
> scroll down click internet options
> in the next window near the top click
> use current click o.k. at the bottom.

For Firefox, Chrome and Safari Change using the site you choose.

Reboot.

Start>Search>Internet Options>Change homepage to your choice>Apply.
