Ramadan: Are we allowed to settle with little good deeds?
Assalamualeykum
O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah , you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little. (Quran:9:38)
sadly many do this. whenever good opportunity to do good comes, we procrastinate or make excuses. Is this the way of a believer?
we are to strive to do good because reward in hereafter can never be compared to this of this life.

totally agree- this life will not last forever because one day we will either be in jannah or jahannam. It will be the biggest loss for a muslim if he wastes his time chasing dunya because you only get this one life, once you are in your grave it's over . in fact i would like to share something.

Indeed this dunya is nothing and we should never ever hesitate to do good when Allah presents us the opportunity to do good because at the same time it is Allah's mercy being shed upon us.

Brave person do lot of good deeds because helping someone, or any other kind of good act takes a big heart. We should stay brave and face the trial of this world without falling into easy way which leads to astray.

God commands us to enjoy life and provided us with plenty to eat and drink, to be fruitful and wear pearls of the sea. Life should be enjoyed to the fullest here on earth and hereafter.
