Do Macs have any redeeming factors?

perhaps it depends on what youre doing and what your tech capacity is

for me

having had windows machines for years I got tired of viruses and various other issues slowing the machine down, crashing it and largely making them useless after as little as two years each time

with macs

I had an ibook g4 with zero problems for 4 years

I only upgraded because its processor didnt allow the use of various updated applications about 2 years ago

since then I have had a 6,1 macbook

absolutely no problems with slowdown or security

for my money macs are priceless in terms of smooth hassle free running and operation

The people that own them can't ever fix them, so employment at the Mac Repair Center is always doing good and keeping busy.
