Smoking a spliff vs a blunt?
For the first time I'm going to be smoking a blunt in a week... I've smoked weed before but I want to know what it's like .. Is it harsher, how higher do you get etc.
For those who have different names -
Spliff = weed and tobacco
Blunt = just weed, no tobacco

Blunt wraps are tobacco too. Spliffs are great for work. I used to smoke them in my car just because it's easy to play off and the weed smoke is somewhat masked. However, when not in public I would chose a blunt every time. They taste better, smoke much longer, and they are less harsh on the throat. It's harder on the lungs, but it won't burn so much as spliffs. Spliffs have a tendency to burn too hot, too quickly and most of your smoke will be in the air instead of your lungs. Also, blunts can be put out easily multiple times and relit. As you get closer to the roach the blunt will become more potent as the resin builds up, if it's rolled well. Spliffs are easier to roll for most but blunts are wonderful for a long session with friends.

This is the health section. That being said, it is damaging to the lungs to inhale smoke. The human body was not designed to inhale it.
Try exercise instead.
