Could Sarah Palin done worse at foreign policy?

A major attack on Sarah Palin when she was the vice-presidential candidate was her lack of foreign policy experience (though it was still more than Obama's but less than Biden's), but could anyone have done worse than Obama? He has alienated all our friends, emboldened our enemies and even given weapons to Al Qaeda linked groups in Libya and Syria. And he covered up selling arms to people in direct rebellion of their govt in Mexico. If he was trying to isolate the USA, he could not have done a better job.

Update:

Neil: Reagan was before Al Qaeda attacked us. Reagan may have been naive to trust them, Obama would have to be stupid to trust them. How do liberals come up with these equivalences?

Jamlord: that was an SNL skit, not Sarah Palin. But I guess sometimes it is hard to tell truth from fiction if you are a liberal.

Update 2:

Neil: also, no non-American is impressed by Obama's threats. He has already proven he does not have a backbone to back them up, unless it is against our allies. However Americans can count on being attacked by govt agencies.

A big part of the Ukraine situation that's overlooked is Obama's poor relationship with Putin, Obama has even go as far as to call Putin a "bored kid" during press conferences. Obama has hoped to deal with Putin the way you deal with an American politician, so he makes snarky comments and is dismissive of him, but that's the worst attitude to have to a man like Putin, who was stabbing people in the KGB while Obama was getting high. As to your question about Palin? I don't know what kind of relationship they would have formed, Putin may not have respected her but he probably wouldn't have hated her the way he does Obama. Bush and Putin were on relatively good terms, and this gave Bush an opening in 2008 when Russia invaded Georgia, he was able to convince Putin not to outright annex the Russian areas of Georgia, which is something Obama probably won't be able to do in Ukraine.

Obama saved US foreign policy. Don't mistake an open-dialogue for a lack of trust, or loyalty.

The problem is, that once things get complicated Americans want to go bomb something(still suffering from the George W. effect), Obama doesn't do that, and it makes him one of the better Presidents on foreign-policy in decades because of it, it just doesn't make him popular at home.

About Al-Qaeda Reagan okayed the CIA program to train, and arm Al-Qaeda so that happened under Republicans too.

Source(s): Palin wanted to threaten war to keep Russia in-line, I think it's safe to say Putin isn't impressed by threats.

    Nah ....

She would have used nukes long ao, and now, all who survived that little escapade would be living in caves once more.
