what cell phone is the cheapest?
i want to find a cell phone that i can just get minutes on and will be for 90 days or longer. i use about 2 minutes a month and the cell phone i have not is like 50.00 a month i just don' t need this. it use to be you could buy minutes on a card and they lasted about 90 days or so. i have about a dozen phones i could add the minuted to. anyone have a good answer? might even use for the few txts i send now, about 3 of them a month. thanks

Go with a Tracfone. The phones are around $10 and you can get a yearly card. The minutes roll over as long as you add minutes on or before the deadline.
