ok yesterday 9-4-2020 i went to compose an email and normally i type a letter and it fills with suggested emails. that failed and then i went to the contacts section and all my contacts are gone. and it will not even let me create one. i tried restoring my pc back a few weeks and that failed. i tried importing them from yahoo and that failed. i have some in gmail but do not use gmail much but with ll the issues i have had with yahoo lately i'm about ready to switch over to gmail. i tred switching back to basic and most of the contacts are there but also when i type a letter for the start of a contact the basic now will not fill in the rest. also the wife's pc is doing the same thing so it just is not me. any ideas how to get back the contacts list? thanks

i want to find a cell phone that i can just get minutes on and will be for 90 days or longer. i use about 2 minutes a month and the cell phone i have not is like 50.00 a month i just don' t need this. it use to be you could buy minutes on a card and they lasted about 90 days or so. i have about a dozen phones i could add the minuted to. anyone have a good answer? might even use for the few txts i send now, about 3 of them a month. thanks

i have a proscan 32lb30qd that has a hard time turning on. doesn't matter with remote or on the tv i push the on button and the blue light turns on the goes off and the red light comes back on. it will do this for some time and then finally turn on. it has been getting worse. any ideas what parts i may need? i can change the parts but have no idea what ones and i don't need to just change boards to do it. thanks

when i write mail and i get ready to send it i go to the first misspelled word and correct it. then i use the right arrow to move to the next word and check structure along the way. but the cursor sticks and jumps, sometimes complete lines and sentences. anyone have a fix. i use firefox as my browser but i use it on 4 computers and this is the only one that does this. it did not do in this mail. thanks

i have been thinking of getting a kindle fire hd but most of the reviews are not good because of the add amazon had placed on the screen. i want to get some type of device just to get on the internet and to download movies to watch so what would be the better unit to get for this? what would be the better operating system for this type of use. being i'm not real versed in these machines i don't need to get one just to find it will not do what i want it to do.

ok can anyone tell me if when you get your car washed and lets say you pay 5$ for the cheapest wash, do you actually get the cheapest wash or do they just give everyone the standard wash. and when you pay 15$ for the works do they just turn on more lights saying your getting all the features? all the times i have went through the car washes i always wee all the parts spraying no matter what i pay for the wash. i have yet to get my car washed and not see any of the sprayer not putting anything out of them. so anyone here that works or has worked for a car wash? thanks

i'm looking for a rotary shaver that will shave even the fine hair on my face. most shavers do good on the dark face hair but i still have the fine gray hair. and using a blade burns my face so a rotary is what work the best for me. a fol shaver need to much attention. thanks

what is the best call blockers that will just block any call you just don't want? one that will let the wanted calls and block everything else? i know i have to program the wanted numbers but then any call i have not entered it will block. thanks

i installed a web cam and i see me on the screen but how do i know if it is going out so others can see me to? how can i tell if others have web cams for me to view them. i want to set it up so when i chat with my kids and friends we can see each other on the screen and hear each other to avoid typing. thanks for the help

i have been thinking about getting either an i pod or and android to use at work to access the internet when I'm not busy. what would work better for this and which one will let me get on the internet using the work WI Fi system. they allow use of this still and i don't need to be paying for a service i will not use much. and which one will let me watch streaming videos better? thanks

does anyone happen to know of a program i can get that will stop my contacts form getting used for spam mail? i use windows virus program because a yahoo user recommended it comodo did not seem to be able to stop the contacts folder from getting gleaned and then used to spam my contacts. i need to find a way to stop this and I'm asking if anyone has found a good program that will stop this OR is there a program that i can get that is a contact list program and i can enter my contacts in that program and empty my yahoo contacts. and when i need to email this program pops up and gives me my list. like out look where you start to type a name and you get a list of possible names to pick from? thanks for any help. a program to block spammer from my contact list would be my first choice but anything will help

i know spam email is hard to remove but is there a program out there that will run on your computer and look for the viruses and such that send out spam email from your computer? i ran symatac online scanning program and it said it found a ton of Trojans and then removed them. i then rescanned my computer with the comodo virus program i have on my machine but it still managed to send out spam mail from my contacts. what program is there out there that will just stop this? thanks

what would be better to remove ice and snow from a roof? one of the electric cables or installing some type of metal like aluminum to the roof. the use of the pellets or salt may be easy but only temporary. i would rather install something that will last and work all the time. metal only cost at purchase the cable at purchase and during use. but either may be the only use. thanks

OK the smart car a few years ago was so hot you could not get one unless you waited months. now they are everywhere for sale used. does anyone have an idea. they used to be so popular because of rising gas prices, now gas is going up again and the smart cars are almost a dime a dozen. what gives.
