Is Selena Gomez considered an A list celebrity?

She'll make her way onto the A list one day, in most regards she is still on the B-list. You need longevity, awards (e.g. Oscars, Emmys, Grammy - not MTV or Teen Choice Awards) and presence to be an A-list celebrity. Among the current A-listers are Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Liam Neeson, Matthew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock (and so fourth).

I am a fan of Selena Gomez. I love her, she is so beautiful,sexy, a very nice girl and i love his boyfriend (Josh Hutcherson), he is so sexy wow. But I have to be honest, she is not a good singer and as dancer she is in the norm. She is a good actress but not exceptional. Essentially maybe she can win an MTV Movie Awards, a Kids Choice Awards or a Teen Choice Awards, but not at oscar or a golden globes. Jennifer Lawrence or Vanessa Hudgens are better actress than her.

She's not like in any big movies, TV shows or selling big records or ticket sales on tour. Even Demi Lovato's tour has sold more than she has.

She's only famous cuz who she dates or uses to get publicity and her looks.
