So I have previously purchased from Etsy a couple of times and I've never had a problem .. Until now. So what happened was that I bought a phone case from a seller in Peru. His shop policy says that its too expensive to use express shipping so it take about 3 weeks for it to arrive here in the US ( I didn't read that part when I first got it). I sort of understand since it's international I guess. I purchased this case on March 20th, it's now April 21 and I still haven't received anything.

I've exchanged emails with the seller and he said he called the post office (on march 14th) and said there was a problem with customs and it would "at least deliver on Friday" well that was a week ago and I'm losing my patience with this.

I feel like a month is ridiculous. I'm torn about whether I should request a refund, report to Etsy that I never got my package or if I should wait longer.. What should I do??

Hi guys! So I have to do a project for my Stats class and I wanted to know if you've either gotten a ticket for texting while driving or have actually gotten into a collision because of texting/talking on the phone.

I live in California and it's against the law here to text and drive so we get tickets..I'm not sure if any other states have that same law but even if not I'd like to know if you have gotten into a collision. You don't have to give me any details lol but just if you've a) gotten a ticket or b) gotten into a collision or c) both.

Also, if you could state your gender and age that'd be great! That's all I need. Please and thank you for cooperating!!

Just curious... I was reading an article about the Vanity Fair Oscar party and apparently it's super exclusive, which means only A list celebs/athletes get invited. And apparently even Kim K was snubbed! Even though she's super famous (for nothing lol). But anyways, I never thought of Selena as an A list celebrity, I mean no hate to her, but how did she score an invite?? I didn't think she was THAT connected with that crowd. But again, not hating! Honestly, I'm so bored right now haha, it's just something that popped in my mind after reading that. But I'm curious as to what everyone else thinks. lol.

Save Rock and Roll. I'm liking it so far, especially Death Valley and Where Did the Party Go. I really liked their early stuff through Infinity on High and didn't like Folie a Deux that much. However, I'm pretty happy with the outcome of this album. I keep hearing people say their sound has changed but what band hasn't? What do you guys think, are you a fan of SRAR or not? I'd like to hear opinions! :) Also, I'm kinda bored...lol.

I really want to see Spring Breakers. I'm a huge Harmony Korine fan but some of my friends don't want to see it and the ones that do are really busy but honestly I'm a little nervous at how people are going to look at me. I can do most things by myself like going to the mall, running errands etc but I've never been to the movies alone before. Sorry I'm not trying to sound shallow or anything! I was thinking of going to a matinee show cuz it's cheaper and I don't think a lot of people will be there...so yeah, do you think its weird to go alone?

Like when I'm at home, I'd rather use wifi over my 3G because I don't want to use all my data. I know you can turn off 3G manually but whenever I do this I tend to forget to turn it back on when I'm out and about and it's kind of annoying to be honest. I noticed that when my phone is locked and I'm not using it, it turns to 3G and then when I unlock and start using it again it'll switch to wifi. Is there a way I can set it so that it always uses wifi over 3G at home, even when it's locked? Is there an app for that?? lol

My poodle threw up this morning but it looked like his usual vomit so ignored but he just threw up again tonight and it was bright red blood and kinda foamy. The thing is he's been actin normal and he only threw up blood just this once and Im just wondering what it could be! I also took him out for a walk and his poop had some blood in it..but he's acting normal and his usual self.

The thing is that we really don't have much money right now especially because of the holidays and I really want to take him to the vet but am afraid I won't be able to afford whatever it is he might need. I don't want to take him if it's nothing serious...like My sister was reading online that it could just be something he ate (because my dog goes through the trash) but I'm afraid it might be much worse than that. Please don't just say "go to the vet" my sister is trying to get ahold of one since its past hours..has anybody ever had an experience like this???

For some reason my laptop is the only one in my house that can't connect to the Internet. My phone an my iPod can get wifi and it works well on my desktop too. I know that sometimes I accidentally switch off the wireless button (since its so fragile and always seems to move fairly easily) but I checked right now and it's on so I'm not sure what the problem is? I know I haven't changed the settings on my laptop because it was working fine last time I used which was like two days ago..it just starting acting up this time as soon as I turned it on. It says it can find my wifi but it won't connect??

Also, I have a Sony Vaio that I just got last year if that helps. Help please! This is sort of frustrating! Lol

So I've been working at A&F for almost two years and everything has been okay until we got a new manager about three months ago. She had like seven of her "favorites" from another store transfer to ours and she only gives them hours basically. A lot of people who I worked with quit and maybe two or three stayed because they get 'enough' hours. Not as much as the favs but still at least they get some. The thing is that my availability was only for the weekends plus Fridays and I used to get those three days to work. Now that its summer I have the entire week on my availability free to work but now I don't even get call ins! I have literally no hours ever since that manager came here. I asked what was wrong and she said nothing but that my availability sucked which is BS because I changed like a month ago. (plus my old managers didn't care that I could only work for three days and now that I have the whole week I'm not even getting as much as I used to)

So I looked for another job, I got it and it's been three months now and I STILL haven't had any hours at A&F. I had to look for another job but it's turning out the exact same. little pay and little hours. Two weeks ago I went on vacation and I asked for it off and they gave it to me. I come back from vacation and guess what...again, no hours. So today I tried to log into the employee website and it says "Your account has been disabled". WTF? Does that mean I was fired? I didn't do anything! I always showed up for work and was never late! I did miss a call in one time because I got confused with my schedule but that was over a year ago and there are people at my work who NEVER call in and they're fine. (Not that I'm saying its fine to do that lol)

Anyways, honestly I'm scared to face my managers for some reason but what should I say?? Obviously I have to talk to them but I"m really nervous on what to say or how to approach this. And if I was fired from my job how bad will this look if I tried to look for another job? Like I said, I have never had a complaint about how I work, it's just that ever since that manager switched my schedule has gone to sh*t.

Please help :( Ive never had this happen.

ps. The only reason why I kept is because I've gone a month without getting many hours and then like a week later I would get a ton so I thought that this was one of those times.

Since last week I've noticed that the videos won't play..its really frustrating. :P The weird thing is that it'll let me play one video and then when I click on another video it'll get stuck in the beginning. And then my page will close and I'd have to start it up all over again. I already tried to upgrade to the newest mozilla version AND I installed the latest Adobe Flash Player as well so I'm not sure why it's not working properly.

Im running Windows 7 64 bit on a Sony Vaio if that helps at all....

Oh yeah and this is only happening on YouTube because when I click on videos from other sites they all function well. I'm also pretty sure it has nothing to do with my internet because like I said before, its only YouTube that's not functioning well. My mom's laptop and my home computer are working fine.

He's potty trained and he's about 7 years old. He's always been really good about this because there have been times when we have gone far and come back at like 12 am and he hasn't peed inside. But for like two months already I've noticed that he'll pee a little during his sleep, or at least while he's lying down.

Frankly I love my dog but it's rather annoying having to clean it up on my bed or sofa. So I took him to the vet...he said that he might have a bladder infection so he gave my dog anitbiotics and some other pill to have twice a day for two weeks. Well it seemed like it was working because for a week he wasn't having any accidents...until two days ago when he peed once again on my sofa. (another one, not the one he previously had an accident on) and then today again he peed a little on my bed. Its so frustrating! I thought the pills would work!

Obviously, I'm gonna have to take him to the vet again but I really wish I didn't have to. My vet is so expensive and just his meds alone were like over $100. Now I'm scared that it's gonna be something more serious and I'm not sure I have enough money to cover it. :(

Anyways, does anybody might know what's wrong with my dog? ...obviously it's not a urinary infection because the pills didn't work...right? Please help! suggestions are welcomed!!!

btw, my dog is a poodle and he's a house dog. We take really good care of him. We'e constantly changing his food/water bowls, giving him baths, we have him on one of the healthiest foods..... He's never gotten sick before so naturally I'm really worried!!!

I know that like 99% of women dislike at least something about their body...but when is to the point where it's borderline eating disorder? For example, I don't hate-hate my body, but I don't like it either. I dislike it. I'm by no means fat. I'm 5'4 and I weigh about 125 pounds so I guess that would make me...average. I've never been overweight either, I've always been at a 'healthy' weight. Anyways, I'm ALWAYS thinking about food and how it's 'making me fat'. I've gone to the point where I've starved myself for months at a time but then when I'm feeling down or I get super stressed I start eating again a lot. I've been loathing my body for the past years but I can't seem to get the strength to starve myself again ( I feel I am too weak) because when I do start to not eat again, I lose control and start pigging out again. ...I've never told anyone this but the feeling I get when I 'lose' my control, I just feel like a total loser and then I'll feel like crying.

So, this might be a stupid question but, Is this normal? Please I just want serious answers, I'm not doing this for attention or because I'm a troll, but it's gotten to the point where I've gotten so extremely self conscious about how I look that I refuse to wear shorts (even though its getting pretty hot here) because I'm ashamed of how my legs look. It hurts to see myself in a mirror. And where I work doesnt help either...I work in a store and pretty much all the girls are tiny. I KNOW by 'healthy' standards I'm not 'fat' but I'm the thickest girl at my work. I'm not even exaggerating about this. I know that you guys might think "then why don't you quit?" ..that's not the point. NO matter where I go I just can't stop thinking about if I weighed 20 pounds less I could like better.

And the thing is that I've always been embarrassed by my body..ever since jr high. I would purposely wear my school sweater (we had uniforms) during the hottest days because I thought I looked to big without it on. I'm in college now and I see girls who are thin and I envy them that I continue to put myself down. But yeah like I said, where does the line cross? Where does it stop being normal for a girl to be consistently thinking about food and her body? Again, please I would appreciate it you didn't reply rudely. Thanks.

It's called a vanity bag apparently lol. I like how it looks different than a traditional purse but would it look weird if I wore it as an 'everyday' kind of bag? So I've had my iPhone on a prepaid plan with AT&T for a year now and it has worked great....until now. I switched to the $25 monthly plan and was told I needed to buy a data feature package because the iPhone is a smartphone...I bought the $25 for 500 data plan so $50 in total. However, right after I paid I was able to use my iPhone (call/text) except not use the data. I went to the AT&T store and told the guy that I paid for the data (because themoney was taken out of my account) and that Im not getting an data in return. He said that on his system it said that I DID have a data package attached to my line. But it's been two days and I still can't use the internet anywhere other than wifi.

So I have two questions: First, does AT&T check their system to see who has an iPhone with a prepaid accound? and if so, is that why my data isn't working?? What a waste then.

Second, I'm kind of scared to go back because the guy wanted to see my phone but I wasn't sure if they would get mad if they had found out that I had an iPhone so I said I "forgot" it at home. He told me to come back if the data was still not working but I KNOW he'll want to see my phone so that he can see if I really can't use the internet. If I do tell him, will they confiscate it or something?

I have a friend who is a guy and I've known him since 6th grade. We've never been close up until my sophomore year. We kinda drifted apart my junior and senior year but the summer before my freshman year in college we began to talk again. All throughout our years in school, he's liked me on/off and has asked me to be his girlfriend which I said no because I just didn't feel that way about him. Anyways, during my first semester as a freshmen, we became good friends again and started hanging out a lot more because he goes to the same school as I do and was even in one of my classes at the time. He started liking me again and asked me out again but like the first time I just had to say no because, honestly, I can't think of him anymore than just a friend. I don't want to come off as snobby or "too good" for anybody but I'm just NOT attracted to him whatsoever. He's a very nice guy and not a jerk at all but it's actually his "niceness" that's bothering me. Don't get me wrong! I don't like jerks and I appreciate his kindness but he has been WAY too clingy and needy and I don't think I can handle it anymore.

For example, something went wrong with my Facebook, apparently, it had blocked him for a couple minutes and I had no idea. He texts me asking my WHY he can't see my page and if I blocked him and so forth in a rather demanding way. I told him that I didn't block him but that maybe it was Facebook's fault? He then texted me back saying that he texted our other friends to see if they could see my page and that they could....this is what set me off. I couldn't believe it, it's like he's stalking me! One time I accidentally left my phone in my car one time while I was in class and when I checked it, it had 7 missed texts from him asking me why I was ignoring him! I got so annoyed.

He's ALWAYS wanting to hang out like 24/7 as if I didn't have a life. When I tell him that I can't he tries to make me feel bad or he gets all emotional and honestly, as I'm typing this, it sounds like I'm talking about two people in a relationship. I've told him countless of times before that I like him as a FRIEND and that by going out with him as his girlfriend I would only be lying to him. I've said it in the nicest way possible and he says he gets it but apparently he doesn't.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is what can I possibly say to him and how can I approach him? It's hard because we have a lot in common and he IS my friend after all, I would even say he's my best guy friend, but he's starting to treat me like a girlfriend....I've tried to stay friends with him for sake of our friendship but I don't know what to do. He's completely insecure and emotional and his neediness is weighing me down. Please any advice?

Hi I bought a PS3 a couple months back from somebody and I've never signed up for the PSN cuz I mainly used it as a Blu Ray player. I just got a Netflix account and I wanna watch it on my PS3 except it keeps saying I've maxed out my limit for having accounts...so obviously the person I got it from had a lot of accounts but is there a way I can delete some of them?? Or is this a malfunction due to Sony's maintenance on network? Thanks :) I'm kinda new to all this

I lost my retainers like 2 months ago and at first, my teeth were still straight even after the first month. But I was recently looking at my teeth and noticed that my lower front teeth have moved just a tiny bit, not much, (my upper teeth are the same) but it feels kind of weird now and I'm starting to freak out a little....I know I should've gone back for replacements but honestly I kept forgetting since my teeth still looked okay....but here's my question, Will I be able to go to another orthodontist for a replacement? I hated my old one...he was really rude and snobby and his office didn't do the 'built-in' retainers (the ones that are on the bottom teeth) Will I be able to switch to another ortho? Also, how much would it cost? Thanks in advance :)

I was just curious about this....I know that if you eat very little and by little i mean one meal a day, your metabolism will get slower and then you actually gain weight blahblahblah' what I want to understand is that what about those people who they eat like one snack a day and then thats all they eat and they lose A LOT of weight (yes i know it comes back) while others do the same exact thing but maybe they'll lose like 5 pounds and then they stop losing? why????

Okay this may seem like a stupid question to some but, frankly, it's been bothering me lol....anyways, so "Alice" runs away from home with Chris (the first time) and then by herself the second time...but what I don't understand is why her parents never contacted the police...like did they never issue a search warrant??? And when Alice did come back, they just welcomed her back and everything went back to normal??? Does that sound realistic to anybody? I just don't see how her parents never tried to find her by means of help from the police. I mean if they didn't know she had ran away then didn't they ever wonder why she was gone? Like maybe someone couldve kidnapped her?..... I'm just a little confused. Can someone please explain this to me? ...I might've missed a part.... Oh and what grade was she in when she fell into drugs?
