does anyone find that they nap alot more with the whole ordeal?

    You mean trying to nap and after getting the nap is an ordeal to wake up and will become a habit you want to nap more. If so, I agree '

    What ordeal??! I rarely nap... ordeal or not. If I'm stressed, I'm definitely not sleeping.
