Scary movies that are not about paranormal/demon activity, but more based on terror, thrill and fear?

Sinister, The Strangers, Psycho, Rear Window and stuff is what I'm looking for, I like movies that are GENUINELY scary, no demon BS, and stuff like that... something Hitchcockian, thrilling... any suggestions?
