The used car commission?

The used car commission told me that I can get my money back for the car I bought because the used car lot could,n get the titles for the car i wanna know can they charge me for dents they already told me that they cant charge me for mileage

    You "bought" the car in one condition and returning it damaged would certainly point toward you not returning it in the condition you got it. That could nullify the return, despite the fact that you can't get a title.

    If you wrecked the car they will charge you for the damage.
