Like you are 100% in agreement that you want to die, but you dont want to pull youre own trigger or hang yourself, so you ask someone to do it for you.
Is it still suicide? Youre still deciding to end your life.

They would still technically be murdering you. They would need some very good proof that it is what you wanted, It would be very hard to prove afterwards.
I think it is murder or manslaughter if someone does it for you. Even if it was your idea.

No it is homicide - deliberate killing in fact (first degree murder in US).
And what is to stop someone claiming someone they wanted to kill told them they wanted to commit suicide?
Just the killer's word that this was so.
