Do you think more people are paying attention to the appearance of the actor Jesus, rather than the message?.?

I hope the message will be the reason people will see this film and leave them wanting to know more about the true Jesus.

They are paying attention to Him so that's a good thing. Seems great too me.

I'm still wondering why they took the last episode of a free TV miniseries and made it into a movie that we have to pay to see? WWJD?

I'm sure it's because they had so much positive feedback on the actor who played Jesus, that they figured they could make a fst buck by turning him into a movie star and appealing to a wider audience.

The message is old, the actor is new and handsome and charismatic. So the actor playing Jesus is the only reason people are seeing this movie, and the message will be forgotten as soon as the people finish their popcorn.

They've been being force fed that "message" their whole lives. It's nothing new. The appearance of the actors is really the only new or interesting thing to pay of attention to.
