Something better to replace Klonopin?

I have epilepsy and anxiety. I take a cocktail of pills. Carbitrol,Topimax, and Klonopin. I have run out of my Klonopin and my doctor is not refilling it. This is a medication I have been on for maybe 20 yrs. I realize that this medication is a strong med but now that I don't have it I am very anxious and on edge. This could cause me to have seizures. I would like to find something that is like it but that I don't have to depend on so much. Does anyone know anything that I can maybe switch to.

Update:

Yes, already going into withdrawls. Makes me cry and makes me shakey.

You need to get to the hospital. You will be going into withdrawal, soon and it can kill you.

You cannot stop Klonopin cold turkey. It is a very powerful and dangerous drug.

You cannot just out right stop Klonopin! It is extremely dangerous and will cause seizures. You need to ween off it, your doctor is an idiot. And I agree with daniel, marijuana is great. Its the only thing that finally stopped my seizures, but there is a catch. Normally marijuana is high THC (the chemical that makes you high) and low CBD (the one that makes you relaxed). THC is very dangerous to people who have seizures. You need high CBD capsules. They have zero side effects and work fantastically! My epilepsy was uncontrolled for 15 years and the day I started taking CBD is the day I stopped having seizures. (I still take a few other Rx though)

Marijuana. Definitely. Research marijuana and epilepsy. It's one of the main disorders it helps with. It also helps most people with anxiety but for some it can make it worse, it all depends on the person. I'm sorry to hear you've been taking all of those pills for so long. Doctors are quick to prescribe these "legal" prescription pills that are very harmful to the body and very addictive. It's all for money... You can't give in to what society wants you to... So what if you smoke pot, it seems to me like you need it for your health. Give it a try... Don't keep taking these pills like this it isn't good for you when one much safer plant is good for all of those things.
