Abortion and custody?
if a couple is breaking up but the females pregnant and is planning to get an abortion but the father wants the baby still who wins?

There is nothing the father can do. Legally, it's the woman's choice. And you can't get custody of an unborn child.

A man doesn't have any right to force a woman to be an incubator for him. No one wins, a woman gets to make her own medical decisions regardless of what others think or want.

The male really has no say in it- is completely the women's choice (as it should be) . There is no court battles or anything over an abortion.

The mom. It's her body her choice. The dad doesn't have a say. You can't force someone to carry a child they don't want. That's inhumane.
