Parked and hit by another car.?
My daughter was parked in line waiting to pick up her child from school. The car in front of her instead of pulling out, backed into her. There was no damage to the cars but my poor daughter is in a lot of pain. Immediate headache, neck ache, etc. I gave her four advil, she took a hot bath and went to lie down. She has a heating pad and took a second dose of advil after 5 hours. She is sleeping now but moaning every time she moves.
She was totally stopped as was the other car prior to the bang I mean, so there was not much speed involved. Has anyone had something similar? I'm not sure if this much pain is normal and its just whip lash and will go away after a couple of days. Being Friday night the DR was closed and going to the ER on Friday night is crazy unless you have a gaping wound or something. I guess if she isn't better we can decide in a few hours.
Does anyone have a suggestion or idea of anything that may help?
The lady that hit her said she wasn't parked in her line of vision, what ever that means. So be careful where you park, if someone hits your invisible car it may be your fault.

can you give an estimate of how fast they were going? It could be spinal trauma, concussion, whiplash, or something else which should be taken to an emergency clinic ASAP. I'd need to know if its a sore, sharp, or burning pain.

I'm sorry to hear that :[ I'd take her to the ER so they can find out what's wrong with her, and treat her so she feels much better
