loosely it means, "don't smell the old socks" like fergetaboutit

It's not written fully in Tagalog and the text are kinda shortened lacking some vowels so it's hard to translate. "Old stocks" couldn't be an accurate translation.
"mana mana" - could be referring to something inherited (like a trait)
"sa mga nauna nga lahi" - this could be what delauria translated as "from the old folks".
"eheem!" - this signifies that the message was written in a jokingly manner.

If the person is referring something about inventory such as in a store, a factory, warehouse or others, then "sa mga oldstocks" may literally mean "in the old stock". Old Stock as in not the latest supplies or the newest batch.
