How do I freeze aloe vera leaves?

Do I cut them up and freeze or leave them whole? Should I put them in some type of bag? It's my first time attempting this.

Thanks!

You don't have to freeze them. If you have a plant, just don't pull it off till you need it. But if you just have a few of the leaves (they look more like branches) they will last for a very long time. The edges might dry out, but the inside won't. I don't think freezing them will work.
