time machine idea?

hello , today i had a weird dream , i invented a time machine , i woke up o.o shocked coz i knew i am dreaming and the idea looks so fcking awesome to me and logic , first of all i am not a scientist but it doesnt mean coz i am poor with physics so i cant invent , coz there is google and book can make me know tons of rules , and as '' Never memorize something that you can look up '' anyway , time can be stoped if an object travel in light speed . human cant do that , and nothing on earth can go that fast , so what about electricity ? in the past it was much slower because interactions with matter , but now its way to fcking faster , its almost as light speed so if we made a computer organize and send electrisity in some kind of wires in circles this can slow down the time and go back or go to the future and we cant travel in time by our physical bodies coz it will disappear , but what about make time itself go back without moving an inch by sitting down in that circle so guys what do u think :D ?
