Whenever someone says that "In Concerta are little bacteria..." and goes on to even more psychotic features, that is the sign to tune out. I've been very high before, but that statement requires that someone eat a handful of Concerta, and is seeing "little bacteria" everywhere.

Or they are just messing with you.

I took this medicin while i smoked cigarettes, i wouldnt do it if I were you. In concerta are little bacteria, and the smoke you inhale reacts to these bacteria, becoming unstable. after a week or two the bacteria will grow out and become alive. They will eat you alive from the inside of your body. The only way to lose them is to eat leeches and they will eat the grown bacteria. Or you have to have them clinical removed in the hospital.

smoking cigs will hurt you whether you take the medicine or not.
