do you prefer to ask a guy out or get asked by a guy, and which happens more often

I get asked out far more often, I have hardly ever asked a guy out. (okay, never. I don't plan to.) Anyway everyone that asks me out I don't even know them so I'm like... "ummm... I don't even know you..." and I give a weird look and we stand there in awkward silence until he runs away.
If a jerk tries to ask me out though, I tell them off. Plus, I don't like guys in the first place.
Oh and if a guy I actually like (yeah I friend-zone, I'm horrible I know.) asks me out, my brain glitches and I say the perfect words to make them hate me. Yeah. Socially awkward.
I'd prefer not to be asked out at all.
so, A; asked out far more often then asking.
By the way, most of the friends I have, If they really, REALLY like a guy, they will ask them out. Though with that, they usually end up dating them or being a heart-broken stalker. So, be careful... At a normal level, most will just wait around and obsess in their heads. No joke.
