2003 cummins radiator fluid?

Ok so I am not new to engines by any means but I just bought my first diesel. It is a 2003 cummins with 170k on it. I am going to change the water pump in it but the previous owner said it did not take regular antifreeze. He said it took this special diesel stuff that is pinkish red? He said that if I put regular antifreeze in it, it would gum it up. Any suggestions? If it does take this special stuff where can I pick it up at? Thanks everyone.

    Discount and grocery store antifreeze will eventually plug the cooling system. Go to a Dodge Dealer and get the correct type.
