    I don't think there is a golden 'rule' for who should initiate a hug first. I'll always go for a hug when I'm saying goodbye to a friend/boyfriend/family member. It's your call really whether you want to hug someone or not.

    Who ever the hell wants to initiate it. There are no "hug rules"...... weird
