I don't think Saban will fund it as, Kamen Rider: Dragon knight didn't have as many views as it should've. He won't do something that won't profit him.

When I think of Kamen Rider being adapted for American audiences, I look back at the two series that were adapted.

Saban's Masked Rider - the 90's adaptation of the 1988-1989 series Kamen Rider Black RX...and Saban chose to "spin-off" it from Power Rangers Season 3 premier. It sucked, along with limiting all the monsters too much and even used footage from other Kamen Riders like Zo and J.

Kamen Rider Dragon Knight - Produced by Adness Entertainment, it was a much better adaptation but was cancelled before the final episodes aired, possibly from a lack of views/ratings.

I think they didn't do well is likely because most of the time, Kamen Rider is a series children in the states wouldn't be able to watch....mainly the more darker tones of Kamen Rider as well as Kaijin KILLING people. The latter is something Parents would ***** about children seeing that, it's something that wouldn't translate well.
