Where can i buy windows 7 64-bit?

The cheapest prices I've found for Win7 are on Amazon.com

Do a search on Win 7 and you should find all versions (home; pro; etc.) for around $70 for a download copy.

Just burn the downloaded copy to dvd and then run it as a clickable file on the dvd. You can also burn it as bootable if you know how.
