Question about the mouse on my laptop?
Since yesterday the mouse on my laptop has been scrolling and I can't seem to get it to stop. Every time I try to move it so that I can click on something it just scrolls up and down instead. Is there a way to get it to stop so that I can move it around?
Update:
It is a Toshiba touchscreen laptop.
Update 2:
I mean touchpad.

your mouse is off from the keyboard. Press Fn+Mouse pad key then active it.
