Interstate Child Support question...?

I currently live in Kansas, my ex-wife lives in South Carolina. We divorced in Texas. She is entirely uncooperative for cost-sharing with our son, who I have majority custody of. I would like to sue for child support, but am unsure as to how to go about it. File in original jurisdiction? My jurisdiction currently? Her jurisdiction?

    If you and your son have lived in KS over 6 months, you file there. Your state IV-D agency can coordinate the interstate paperwork.
