What should I do?
A woman(22) moved in with me. On the first day she told me she had moved from her ex boyfriend(22), because he was possessive, jealous, and prone to violent mood swings. A little later, she told me that her ex was angry because I would not allow him to have sex with her in my apartment. She was still seeing him for sex. She was reorganizing my condo for a very nominal rental fee. By the 5th day, she was missing the ex. She wanted us all to go out to dinner. She wanted me to talk to him. Well, I met him at dinner. We walked around the corner while the woman sat at the table. The conversation seemed to go well. About 30 minutes later, the woman left with the ex. The next day, she, the ex and the police arrived to move her stuff out of my place. What happened was the ex fabricated a story that I planned to sexually abuse the woman. The woman, rather than wit to here my side of the story, filed charges with the police the next day. I have a court date on the 28th. If the woman gets a restraining order, my name will be placed on the internet along with the sexual deviants. I have been slandered, I feel dirty(no good deed goes unpunished). Any advice? Thank you.
the ex got what he wanted. the woman moved in with him. she has to stay with him because she is out of options. she has a no place else to go. I may be an ***, but any man capable of such a thing, poses a danger to her.
DK45, the woman came to my door at midnight, early on, trembling that she had no place to go. After two prior dates, what was I supposed to do!

I would get a lawyer and fight tooth and nail to clear my good name. Also learn my lesson to stay out of others relations / business.

Get a lawyer. If criminal charges are filed against you and you can't afford one then one can be appointed to you at low cost. A restraining order hearing is not a criminal charge so you have to either pay for a lawyer or be ready to show evidence to the judge that you could not have done the things she says you did.
