clean left side emg, twitching and worried about als at 20?
I am a 20 year old african american student. For the past few years, I've had continuous unexplained fatigue, brain fog, and weakness in the legs with balance issues. I went to a few docs for this, but as I didn't have a primary care doctor I didn't get many follow ups. After about a year or two of weakness, my arms and legs started twitching, and now 6 months into my twitching I have a clean emg and 3 clear neurological exams, but my twitching hasn't stopped and my balance is getting worse. I've also has unexplained shortness of breath and everyday heart palpitations and weekly nosebleeds with this. I am unsure where to go from here and am worried. Any thoughts?

you need to go to your dr or emergency room get checked out and see whats going on but its important to go see someone this could be viral or unstable condition
