Okay me and this guy were hanging out after school yesterday with a few friends (I don't know him very well, like we just met recently) but here's a list of things he did:
-said I had pretty eyes
-A LOT of hugs
-put his arms around me randomly
-tickled me
-picked me up at like my thighs and put me over his shoulder and twirled
----but for the record he was giving other girls piggy back rides but they were like jumping on him, I would just be standing there and he would come up to me so..

I would be mindful... he sounds like he admires things about you, but he s allowing other girls to jump on his back etc..
 If he s into you then that wouldnt be happening..

The fact that he complimented you and touched you makes me think he probably is interested or at the very least think your cute. I would never do that to a girl who I find unattractive so...
