Protein Amount needed?
I'm 15 years old and i weigh 130 lbs. If i work out a lot and i want bigger arms how much protein should i consume a day and what should it be from? (I don't eat a lot of meat)

At your age 130g of protein a day should be good! 1 gram per 1lb of bodyweight! Get it from chicken, tuna, meat and egg whites!! Don't go out and but protein powder, you don't need it!
