Atheists, are you opposed to ghosts?

There are NO " ghosts"...something left over when we die...

(Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

Ghosts imply awareness...after death, there IS NONE

I guess if some were haunting my house, and being a nuisance about it, I would "oppose" those particular ghosts. As for any others, I'd say, live and let. . . um. . . whatever.

BTW, in case you haven't heard, they don't exist.

I believe that the human mind is susceptible to hallucination and can make errors though fear. No reason to believe ghosts are real so I can't oppose ghost anymore than I oppose flying dragons.

A person can know for certain God exists and know for certain there is an afterlife if he or she practices devotion to the rosary.

Well, I consider it possible, but I look for other explanations first since ghosts aren't explained or as practical.

I don't believe in them but there are lots of people doing research on it and one day I could be proven wrong.
