How to lose weight when I'm poor ?
So my family, we are kinda low on money like poor. We can't even afford a lot of food so most of the time we only have bread in the house because it's cheap and my dad works all day so it's just me and my brother and my sister until like 5 or 6 then my dad comes home and makes dinner which is usually pasta so I'm 14 and a girl and I'm over weight and want to lose weight but how can I when all I have to eat is bread and we have jam so I just eat bread and jam whenever I feel hungry an I know bread is really bad when trying to lose weight but it's all we have and pasta isn't too health either but what can I do ?? Please help me and I am working out like just on the floor in my living room but I'm thinking about stopping because my stomach just looks bigger and I need to get rid of the fat first and I can't go running because I don't have any sneakers :/ help please
we werent always poor we lived with our mom and she was middle class but we had food and stuff but like 3 weeks ago we moved in with our dad so i just recently only started eating like this but whats weird is its been 3 weeks and ive lost only like 5 pounds ?? do you think i might be eating TOO much bread like over eating on bread??

Eat a little bit less but consume a little bit more, and be persistent.. do so each individual day with out overdoing it just keep on progressively, maybe 3 years.
This is a long term project, excess weight has to be burned as gradually as it was accumulated.

If you could possibly work in 40 min. of cardio a day, it will do wonders. Also NO FAST FOOD. That mean oatmeal and OJ for breakfast. You can also soft boil an egg (try Organic Valley eggs). Take a multivitamin. Smoothies are an option with a protein powder and a little fruit added. Use organic Stoneyfield Yogurt (vanilla), 1/3 cup frozen fruit, splash of OJ or Cranberry juice, half a banana, and a scoop of protein power of your choosing... and mix it up and drink it. Eat lean sandwiches on whole wheat bread. Have some raw veggies or a piece of fruit. Work in enough veggies for sure. Organics have tons of flavor compared to normal foods. Chew slowly to make it last. I know it's difficult to lose weight while in school studying. I have gained over the winter and it's so cold here and windy that is the main problem. Most colleges have an exercise facility for free if you carry enough credits. Even if you have to do push-ups or run in place in front of the TV at night it will help. Regular exercise will also clear your mind for better studying later.

What you're saying doesn't make a lot of since. If you don't have a lot of food..sometime just bread...then how are you overweight? I can only guess you have a medical condition. I would suggest you go to a doctor immediately to get a check up on your thyroid, etc.
No, bread is not bad. Neither is jam. Pasta isn't bad either. I'm not sure where you're getting your information.
You don't have to run or go to the gym to lose weight. Just walk. Go walking or hiking. Play sports at school.
What you're eating isn't bad at all.
A healthy balanced "diet" includes dairy, vegetables, fruit, grains, legumes, protein, etc. Never deprive yourself of food. If you want a dessert, have it...but maybe half of the portion. Limit your intake of processed foods.
Again, please talk to your doctor and a counselor at school.

Stay away from all kinds of sugar, food made of starch and condensed fats. Drink loads of fluid, fresh fruits and vegetables, peanuts & walk around the block at least one half an hr a day to begin with...

Just eat a bit less and excersize more. Im also 14 and 5'6 and only weigh about 105 pounds. Go run or ride a bike if you have one. Just be confident. To. You might not be muchoverweight :)

Take less food with less calories. Sixty minutes exercising 5 times 7 days. Please try this..
