Why doesn't your stomach digest your baby when you're pregnant?

I know the acid in your stomach is super strong but how come the baby doesn't melt when it's in your belly? Isn't that called a miscarriage? when you accidentally digest your baby?

Update:

If they don't grow in the stomach then how do they get the food to eat? or poop?

and if they don't grow in the stomach then women should get nausea or morning sickness, cause that's caused by stomach pain.

The baby doesn't implant in your stomach it implants in your uterus

where it grows for 9 months the reason a women gets sick is because all the extra hormones as for stomach pains the cause of that is because the women's uterus has to stretch to accommodate

    the baby.

A baby doesn't grow in a stomach, it grows in a woman's womb. Two completely separate parts of the body!

    Oh my days..

IF this is a serious inquiry its because the fetus isn't IN the stomach. Its IN the uterus.
