At approximately 11:02Pm Security Rover notified front desk via radio that he found drug paraphernalia at the historical building on the 4th floor on elevator number 12. Long with significant amount of blood and a red T shirt. Front desk manager Victoria was instructed to call 911 and review the front desk camera to see if she could be able to find something as I go to take picture of the stuff. Pictures were taken and send to the property manager. I placed caution sign to inform resident to not go near it, Security was informed to station at the location to make sure not one come to get it. At 11:54Pm police arrived on property I escorted them to the location were the drugs was at. I continued to keep Victoria informed on what is going on as well, Security informed police officer that Mr. shawn like to walk around this area so that lead police to hit on his door to make sure if he was okay. Mr. Shawn father informed police that he need to have a house warrant before questioning his son. At 12:20 Am police left the property police said is nothing they could do but remove the drug they also left a call number regarding this situation.
