Cannot log on to Yahoo Messenger?
For the past 2 days, I can't get into Messenger. I hit the Troubleshoot button, but nothing wrong shows up. I try to call the Yahoo help line, but can't get through. What is the problem with Yahoo lately??? I am connected to the Internet all the time, and this problem has never happened before. I checked the Help page and deleted Yahoo Messenger off the App Management page like it suggested, still nothing. I would try to connect with a proxy server, but don't know how to even find any numbers. Can someone please help?

I can't even FIND yahoo messenger anymore (I use the lame browser version because I don't run windoze). I can get my list of contacts that are online... that's about it. Otherwise, it seems to be gone. The last vestiges of an inept product, on its deathbed. So sad, so lame.

Are you not signed in to Yahoo Messenger automatically when you sign in to Yahoo, Yahoo Mail, or Yahoo Answers?
If you know all of your passwords you could try clearing your passwords, cache, forms, cookies, etc which in IE is done through Internet Tools and Advanced, close browser afterwards, reopen it, then log in to Yahoo Messenger.
And you could try using another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, UltraBrowser, Opera, etc.
