Obligations of our learned judiciary?

Do you agree that;

- The Constitution is above the Parliament and

- Judiciary is custodian of the Constitution and responsible for its

implementation

- Especially to oversee the Legislator and the Executive if they were endeavoring to fulfil the basic objectives of the Constitution.

    Yes, the Constitution is above the Parliament although it is the Parliament where the members can alter or change a little of the constitution but Parliament cannot change the basic structure or preambles of the constitution.
