This has been a problem for years. I report the prostitution ads all the time and Yahoo does absolutely nothing to deal with the problem. I encourage everyone to write to Yahoo to pressure them to do something about it. And to report the questions using the flag symbol at the bottom of the questions.

I think it's a spambot, They set up new accounts when their questions are used up, I bought this up after being reported 15 times in one day for typing answers to their spam. Yahoo knows about it and is "Trying their best to resolve the situation".
