Why do commentators and players and pundits all insist on pronouncing Mourinho's name like Josey?

Doesn't everyone know that in Spain and Portugal 'J' is pronounced 'H'?

His name is HOSE, like 'Ho-say'. When talking about Mourinho, everyone says 'JO-zay', and I'm beginning to ask myself if it's ME who is mistaken! Am I right, or am I right?

I'm portuguese and I can garantee you that in Portugal the J in José is NOT pronounced H...

It's almost like the J in Joe minus the "dj" sound.

And it ends with an "é", so there's no "ey" sound either...

For an english speaker its something like:

jjooza (final A like the A in "at)

Also Juan Mata, its pronounced as "Huan Mata".

There are other Joses that are actually pronounced as Jose and not Hose, though that's not the point, I guess its a lazy pronunciation from them.
