Pinterest won't let me follow new boards?

Everytime I click on the Follow button I get a notification saying that there's been suspicious activity and they have to block boards in that area. But it's for every kind of board I try to follow, be it a board about a television show or oceanography related board or basically anything. Is there a reason for this?

    you posted a ad link w8 for about 72 h and they will allow it
