If a vegetarian becomes a zombie, would she eat a human being?

Note that the person may retain some of his/her memory even though he/she is now a zombie. Just a little fun question :)

A zombie is a fictional being, if you are the author of the story you could have a zombie 'remember' anything you want from their previous life as a human. Just how Stephanie Myers or Anne Rice have very different 'rules' for what makes a vampire, you can make up anything you like about zombies. So you absolutely could have a vegetarian zombie, you'd just need to create some sense of character development. Have you seen the movie Warm Bodies? It is filmed from the perspective of a zombie who falls in love with a human and decides to refrain from eating brains. It's very good.

Even if the zombie does retain some of its memory it would eat humans because it would come down to survival. The zombie doesn't eat humans the zombie can die of starvation, or becomes so weak they can't move is my guess.
