How to hydrate hair?
I need any tips I can get get to make my hair healthier and more hydrated. My hair is so dry and brittle and I don't know why. I have shampoo and conditioner for dry hair, I drink at least 8 glasses of water, and get 7-9 hours of sleep every night. I've also started removing stress from my life and started to exercise since I heard they can help. I don't use a hairdryer, or straightener at all. My hair is still dry and brittle no matter what I do. Do any of you have any ideas or remedies you know of?

Pantene Pro V Smooth and Silky for dry hair. I was skeptical at first, believe me...but I've been using this stuff for a while and my hair is looking beautiful. No longer big, dry or frizzy. Really worth a try.

Try using coconut oil or almond oil either as an over night hair mask (you can even use Olive oil for this)or just put alittle on the ends of your hair. Try not to use hair products because sleeping with them in will dry out your hair. It's healthier for your hair not to wash it everyday so try washing every other day but make sure to shower just put your hair in a shower cap or get it wet but don't shampoo. Try a deep conditioner, I use the 3 minute miracle from Aussie. You can try sleeping with your hair braided so it won't break off at night. I recommend Acure organics! Go to the website and find the orange shampoo bottle and conditioner that's called argon stem cell I think and watch the video on the page too that explains the ingredients and what they do for your hair and see if that looks beneficial to you! You can try YouTube there's a lot of videos that could help, including DIY. Also you can try apple cider vinegar. Hope that helped

Maybe your hair is damaged? Then it's very hard to recover it. I am going through same thing. My hair is super dry and no matter what I use-no results at all. People say that cutting is the only way. So I suggest you that..

Shampoo will dry out your hair. Wash your hair with conditioner and baking soda and spritz with vinegar water after you rinse. Keep your hair braided with coconut oil on it when you're at home.

Try getting a keratin leave in spray. They help wonders! I use a product called "It's a 10" The kind is "Miracle leave-in plus Keratin". I would highly recommend it!
