Hi,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We've already let our engineers know about the problem and are currently gathering the YIDs of those affected. I've added you to the ticket. I do not currently have a timeline for the fix but it is high impact so I believe they'll be working on it with top priority.
Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused!

Same issue for me, just started using Messenger again couple days ago & conversations are pulling up same error. Also tried using messenger via yahoo mail interface work around & it shows my messages I sent, but not those I received, so that is also borked. Please add me to the list of folks wanting their history.

Same problem, for ages now. I used to love Yahoo, but with the recent app issues for iPhone and iPad - issues which were prominent and reported by MANY people day one of the new 'update'; issues which still haven't been fixed or resolved, and now this?
You responded NINE MONTHS ago saying this is a 'top priority' and yet no solution/resolution to this issue?

I've been reporting it over and over for at least 3 months now and they say they're working on fixing it.If they are, they need to hire some people that actually know what they're doing because this ridiculous.Mine started doing it the same time that we stopped getting email notifications in YM.I guess they aren't smart enough to figure out that one caused the other. The only reason they don't go back to storing them on people's PCs is the damn NSA wants it easier for them to spy on us.It's much easier when they're stored online, easy access for the NSA and anybody else that wants to read our messages.
