Will I get food poisoning if I've eaten raw chicken that has been 'cooked' from frozen?

I had these small chicken goujons that were in the freezer, which I cooked straight away. I believe that all but one was uncooked, and I'm not really sure if I ate the raw part... Since it's the germs that are the problem, won't them having been in the freezer minimize the risk of getting poisoned? Please HELP!

The bad stuff in the chicken survives being frozen and has to be fully cooked before it is killed - the chances of an upset stomach are extremely high and how serious it is only time will tell.

If the meat has not been injected with something or ground up and you singed the outside of the meat odds are you'll be OK most of the bacteria is on the outside of the meat, the interior of the meat is close to being sterile unless the chicken was diseased.

The correct storage temperature has no effect on the result of under cooking. Fingers crossed. You will know within 24 hours.

You'll live. Most really bad food poisoning is rare. I've been poisoned 3 times. Get sick for a day and that's about it.
