How can I lose 20 lbs quickly?

I'm 5'4" and weigh 145 how can I lose 20 lbs without going on a pill diet?

    By sticking to a healthy diet that's low in fat and carbs but high in fiber. You also have to work out if you want to lose that weight faster and keep it off. I suggest you jog everyday for about 30 min. and maybe do some exercises at home like push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, jumping rope,...etc. Good luck..
