From this question and hovering over your avatar, I see that you have 29% best answer. It's just a glitch on the site that is causing you to have that wacky number. It really means nothing in terms of you, but it's bad for Yahoo because it shows that their coding/programming/all that good stuff is not good, otherwise that crap wouldn't happen.
