Interesting question about a document that I cannot find online for war history fanatics it is titled "This Canada of Ours"?

It is two pages, attached. The cover says "This Canada of Ours"

One side says this:

Then the wounds of the battle shall have been reduced to a scar and time has eased the pain in the hearts of men, each will wish to pursue his chosen calling unregimented-- unhampered by the ways of war free to think and act and plan and endeavor to achieve success and reap his own reward in accordance with his own ability and his own honest efforts.

Then we will come to know this Canada of ours for what she has been worth how fundamentally sound she has been since the day of her beginning how and she came through the fiery furnace of two wars in one generation—how her men, her wealth and all her resources fought hand-in-hand for a new meaning to those glorious words “Peace on Earth.”

And has the date 1943 in the left bottom corner

And it is signed by (we think the letter are L.A and then Fraser).

On the right side is a large photo of Sir Winston Churchill.

I have tried googling different pieces of this text over and over and can't find anything

What is this?

    THIS CANADA OF OURS.

    A NATIONAL SONG.

    LET other tongues in older lands

    Loud vaunt their claims to glory,

    And chaunt in triumph of the past,

    Content to live in story.

    Tho' boasting no baronial halls,

    Nor ivy-crested towers,

    What past can match thy glorious youth,

    Fair Canada of ours ?

    Fair Canada,

    Dear Canada,

    This Canada of ours !

    We love those far-off ocean Isles,

    Where Britain's monarch reigns ;

    5

    6 THIS CANADA OF OURS.

    We'll ne'er forget the good old blood

    That courses through our veins ;

    Proud Scotia's fame, old Erin's name,

    And haughty Albion's powers,

    Eeflect their matchless lustre on

    This Canada of ours.

    Fair Canada,

    Dear Canada,

    This Canada of ours !

    May our Dominion flourish then,

    A goodly land and free,

    Where Celt and Saxon, hand in hand,

    Hold sway from sea to sea ;

    Strong arms shall guard our cherished homes,

    When darkest danger lowers,

    And with our life-blood we'll defend

    This Canada of ours.

    Fair Canada,

    Dear Canada,

    This Canada of ours !

    a poem by Herbert Fairbairn Gardiner, Hamilton, Ontario.
