Its a new laptop ive only had it for about four months. The fans is getting to be really loud and the cpu/apu is slower now

It sounds as if one or more software is hogging up your notebook's resources. Try to do a full scan with a reputable virus scanner, registry scanner and optimizer, then defragmentation of your HDD.
Most people tend to miss out on scanning and optimizing their registry which is just as important as a virus scan.

your pc looks good.i am also using my hp laptop for about 5 months and its working perfectly.u should do a virus scan on your pc as well as to delete the temprary files.u can acess it by typing: '%temp%' in the run box.these are unnecssery files. delete all of them.u should also uninstall unimportant apps as well as to delete the desktop icons be casue they consumes much video memory
