HP Photosmart 8150 Photo Printer can connect with HP Bluetooth Wireless Printer Adapter which i think can be bought separately or already included in the package. If you don't have this adapter, go to your official HP sellers and buy one.

Since that printer is not wireless, you can buy a USB-to-wireless print server adapter to make it wireless capable, or get a USB-to-ethernet print server adapter to hook it up with an ethernet cable to your Belkin which will still make the printer available wirelessly through the Belkin. There are many available on the internet to choose from, simply Google the type of printer server adapter you want and see what you like.

Read the printer manual. If it can be used wirelessly, there should be a button somewhere on it to pick up your network, and it will tell you what that is in the manual. If you don't have a manual, go to the manufacturer's website, and the ability to connect wirelessly would probably be listed in the item specs.

that printer doesn't have wifi capability. you'd have to find a wifi printer adapter to do that -- try newegg.
or just buy a printer with wifi capability and sell/junk that one
